Where the next generation of choral artists finds its voice

The Pro Musica International Choral Festival is Albany Pro Musica’s flagship educational program, bringing together talented high school singers from across the U.S. and Canada for an immersive week of study, performance, and collaboration with world-class artists.

Many Voices, One World

Albany Pro Musica created the Pro Musica International Choral Festival to extend its artistic and educational mission beyond the concert stage. For one week each summer, 150 high school singers come together in a focused, supportive environment where expectations are high, the music is meaningful, and the experience is transformative.

Working with a distinguished faculty and guest artists, including the festival’s featured guest conductor and composer Dr. Rollo Dilworth, students are challenged to grow as musicians and collaborators while experiencing what it means to perform at a professional level. The result is more than a festival. It is a shared musical experience that stays with them for a lifetime.
